The design proposal for the exterior make-over was limited mainly to material finishes and minor alterations in windows and doors with the purpose of not interfering with the existing structural frame of this two-level house.

The owners were looking for a more modern approach which resulted to the new single-sloped roof. This new roof ends in a triangle-shaped pergola to emphasize the new balcony which oversees the estate, the only add-on to the existing structure and independently supported. The material used for the final finishes are a combination of white plaster and wood, simple and earthy materials.
